10. REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of personalized coaching and the limited number of clients we work with, refunds are conditional.
Refund requests may be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:
* The request is submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase
* The client has fully followed the program as instructed
* The client has remained active and engaged throughout the process
* The client has completed all required daily check-ins
* The client has submitted required progress updates, including photos where requested
* The client has adhered to all nutritional and behavioral guidelines provided
If these conditions are not met, the client is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be granted for:
* Lack of participation or inconsistency
* Failure to follow instructions
* Missed check-ins or incomplete progress tracking
* Change of mind or personal circumstances
All decisions regarding refunds are made at the sole discretion of Metabolic Reset.
After 30 days, or once coaching delivery has materially begun, all sales are final.
11. SCHEDULING, CONSULTATIONS, AND CLIENT ACCEPTANCE
Booking a consultation does not guarantee acceptance into any paid coaching program.
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a prospective client is a fit for our services.
We may refuse service, decline an application, reschedule, or cancel consultations or coaching relationships where appropriate.
If you are accepted into a coaching program, you agree to participate respectfully, honestly, and in good faith.
